Configuration of Netscape Communicator Mail

Click on Edit, then Preferences. When the window opens, double-click on Mail & Newsgroups. Click on Identity and fill in your name and email address.


Click on Mail Servers
The Outgoing mail (SMTP) server should be mail.sunbeach.net
The Outgoing mail server username should be johndoe


Under Incoming mail server, click on the Edit button.
The server name should be mail.Sunbeach.net and it is a POP3 Server.
The User Name is the first part of your e-mail address e.g. If your e-mail address is johndoe@sunbeach.net, then your username is johndoe.


Click on the POP tab at the top.
Make sure that Leave messages on server is NOT selected.
Since your mailbox is limited in size, by choosing this option, your mailbox will fill up and run out of space. Everyone is allowed 20MB of mail at any one time in their mailbox.
