Configuration of Eudora Lite 3.04

Click on Tools then Options. You won't have to do this if this is the first time you are configuring Eudora.
The first category it goes to is Getting Started.
POP account specifies the name of your account on your POP server. e.g. johndoe@mail.sunbeach.net. You must have a POP account to be able to receive mail with Eudora.
Real name is the your name or organization as you want it to appear in the From field of your outgoing mail messages.
Return address is your email address.


Click the next category Personal Info
This information on this page is automatically picked up from the Getting Started category.


Click on Hosts
The SMTP is the name of the mail server at Sunbeach e.g. mail.sunbeach.net.


Click on Checking Mail
If the Save password box is checked, your password is stored in Eudora and you never have to enter it again, even if you exit Eudora and restart. Click OK to finish configuration.
