Click on Edit and then Preferences.

Click on Navigator so that the changes to and you see the menu below. Click on History.

In the History window, the history of the different pages that have been visited can be cleared by clicking on Clear History button.

Sites that have been cleared in the Location Bar (see graphic bellow) can be cleared with the Clear Location Bar button.
